  • We put an efficient ticket and reporting system in place to monitor the efficiency of our help desk team.

Since 2001, the data center has been active and in production with no downtime, which makes it a great place to host your equipment, data, and applications without worry. Plus, our help desk team is fully trained in the day-to-day operations of the data center, as well as the specific server application used by our clients.
